What the neighbourhood is like
Palau grows along the Barcelona road and up towards the southern hills, next to Montilivi and La Creueta. The landscape is one of houses with gardens, villas and small blocks, with quiet streets and little through traffic.
Most homes date from the 1970s onwards, with terraced developments from the 1990s and 2000s. There are also flats in three or four storey blocks, often with a terrace and parking.
You depend a little more on the car than in the centre, but connections are good: the Montilivi campus, the stadium, access to the AP-7 and N-II, and the centre 10 minutes away by car or bus.
Types of home and 2026 guide prices
Detached and terraced houses of 150 to 300 m² with gardens, and flats in low-rise blocks of 80 to 120 m² with a terrace and parking.
Guide prices based on the area averages used by our online valuation tool (2026). The real value of your home depends on its condition, floor, orientation and completed sales on your street, which is why the in-person valuation is free.
